SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only. We use UPS for all shipments to ensure your chocolates arrive fresh and in perfect condition.

How long does delivery take?
Standard shipping takes 3-7 business days. We process orders within 24-48 hours of receipt.

Do you offer refrigerated shipping?
Yes! We take special precautions to protect your chocolates during transit. In warmer months, we include gel packs to keep products cool. Our 3PL partner in Miami (PROGT) uses protective packaging year-round.

What is the shipping cost?
We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders $75+. For orders under $75, standard shipping rates apply at checkout.

PRODUCT & QUALITY

Are your chocolates gluten-free?
Yes! All our chocolates are gluten-free and contain no preservatives. They're made with premium 45% Peruvian cacao and traditional Ica recipes since 1975.

Do your products contain allergens?
Our chocolates may contain nuts (especially pecans), dairy, and are made in a facility that processes tree nuts. Please check individual product descriptions for specific allergen information.

How long do the chocolates last?
Our chocolates have a shelf life that varies by product. Store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. For best quality, consume within the timeframe indicated on the packaging.

How should I store the chocolates?
Store in a cool, dry place at room temperature (60-70°F / 15-21°C). Avoid refrigeration unless necessary, as it can affect texture. Keep away from strong odors and direct sunlight.

Can I personalize gift boxes?
Yes! We offer customization options for corporate and special orders. Contact us at sales@helenachocolatier.com or (305) 970-2968 to discuss your needs.

Do you offer gift messages or cards?
Yes, you can add a personalized gift message during checkout. We'll include it with your order at no extra charge.

Is there a minimum order for corporate or wholesale purchases?
For corporate orders, there is no minimum unless you require special custom boxes. For wholesale inquiries, please contact us directly at sales@helenachocolatier.com.

RETURNS & GUARANTEE

What is your return policy?
We accept returns of unconsumed products within 7 days of delivery. Products must be in original packaging (one may be opened). We offer full refunds or order replacements. See our Refund Policy for complete details.

What if my chocolate arrives melted or damaged?
We take every precaution to prevent this, but if it happens, please document it with photos within 24-48 hours and contact us at sales@helenachocolatier.com or (305) 970-2968. We'll replace your order at no cost - no return required.
