At Helena Chocolatier, we strive to deliver our premium artisan chocolates directly to your door. Below you will find detailed information about our shipping methods and policies.

SHIPPING AREAS

We currently ship to all states within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

SHIPPING COSTS

Our shipping rates are calculated based on your total purchase amount:

  • Orders up to $39.99: $10.00
  • Orders from $40.00 to $74.99: $8.00
  • Orders $75.00 and above: FREE SHIPPING

Shipping costs are automatically calculated and clearly displayed during the checkout process before you complete your purchase.

PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIME

  • Processing: All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours after payment confirmation.
  • Delivery: Estimated delivery time is 4 to 7 business days after order processing.
  • Total time: From order placement to delivery, you can expect to receive your chocolates in approximately 5 to 9 business days.

CARRIERS

We use the following shipping carriers to ensure safe delivery of your products:

  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • USPS
  • Local delivery services (in-house or third-party)

Carrier selection is based on delivery location and availability to ensure the best possible experience.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped:

  • You will receive a tracking number via email
  • The tracking number will also be available in your order details in your account
  • You can track your package directly with the corresponding carrier

SPECIAL PROTECTION FOR CHOCOLATES

Our chocolates are perishable products that require special care during shipping:

  • Protective packaging: All orders are shipped with appropriate thermal protection
  • Enhanced summer protection: During warm months, we use refrigerant gel packs, silver thermal insulating bags, and shorter shipping periods
  • Shipping insurance: All our shipments are insured to protect your investment

DELIVERY DELAYS

If your order does not arrive within the estimated 4 to 7 business days:

  • Please wait 10 to 14 days before contacting us, as shipping carriers may experience occasional delays, especially during peak seasons such as holidays
  • If you have not received your order after this period, please contact us immediately at sales@helenachocolatier.com or (305) 970-2968
  • We will investigate with the carrier and take necessary measures to resolve the situation

DELIVERY ADDRESS

  • Packages do not require a signature and may be left at the provided address
  • It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete, accurate, and secure delivery address
  • Helena Chocolatier is not responsible for lost or stolen packages due to incorrect or insecure address information

LIMITATIONS

Helena Chocolatier is not responsible for delivery delays caused by:

  • Extreme weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Carrier delays
  • Peak demand seasons
  • Other circumstances beyond our control
